Crumbs Cupcake of the Week - Cookie Bar

Ironically, I made cookie bars last week. But it never occurred to me that I should make a cupcake that taste like one.

Apparently Crumbs got to the idea first.

This week's Crumbs' Cupcake of the Week is Cookie Bar - a chocolate cream filled vanilla cupcake with caramel frosting. Top top it off it's rimmed with chocolate chips and chocolate covered caramel bar pieces to make it complete perfect and delicious.
